About

This is a food/travel blog, intended to share interesting facts, recipes, travel tips, and photos. It also has the dual purpose of updating my family in Texas with my life here in Washington, D.C. and wherever else my work takes me. I hope you enjoy it – feel free to leave comments and suggestions!

Sorry, have I missed a chapter? Why is this blog called A
Cupcake in Paris? I only ask because I live in Paris and was
seeking cupcakes but seem to have ended up in Texas!

Hi Juliet! Sorry for taking so long to get back to you-yes, you have ended up in Texas! The title of the blog reflects my two loves in life: baking and all things French. Hopefully soon I’ll actually be living in Paris, so when I get there I will surely have a few posts on places to find cupcakes! Did you find any??
